 Richard HaddrillRichard Haddrill - President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director
Richard (Dick) Haddrill assumed control as President and CEO of Bally Technologies, Inc. on Oct. 1, 2004. Haddrill has served on the Board of Directors for Bally since April 2003 and most recently completed five years as CEO of Manhattan Associates, Inc., a leader in software solutions to the supply chain industry throughout the world. During his tenure at Manhattan, the company expanded its product offerings and market share, more than tripled revenues to almost $200 million and increased its share price more than eight fold. Haddrill previously served as President and CEO for Powerhouse Technologies, Inc., a successful technology and gaming company from September 1996 until June 1999, when Powerhouse was acquired by Anchor Gaming, a publicly traded gaming company that was acquired by International Game Technology in 2001.

Gavin IsaacsGavin Isaacs - Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
On Sept. 1, 2006 Gavin Isaacs officially took over as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Bally Technologies. Isaacs recently concluded his responsibilities as President of Aristocrat Technologies, Inc., a Las Vegas-based subsidiary of Aristocrat Technologies Australia Pty Limited. During his tenure with Aristocrat beginning in 1999, Isaacs served in key management positions, including General Manager Global Marketing and Business Development, and Managing Director, Europe, before ascending to the position of Americas President in March 2003. During his term as Americas President, Aristocrat Americas became the largest financial contributor to the Aristocrat Group, posting record revenues, unit sales and recurring-revenues while achieving substantial margin increases.
 
Robert Caller Robert Caller - Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Treasurer
Mr. Caller was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective March, 2006 and he joined the Company formally in early April, 2006.  He was previously a partner at Ernst & Young from 1983 until 2006 most recently serving in the Denver office.  He started his career with E&Y in the Houston office in 1972 and was the managing partner of E&Y`s Albuquerque office from 1990-1991 before moving to Denver where he served several publicly held companies as well as several companies involved in the gaming industry.
 
Ramesh SrinivasanRamesh Srinivasan - Executive Vice President
Bally Systems Division. Ramesh Srinivasan joined Bally Technologies in March 2005 as Executive Vice President, Systems. Mr. Srinivasan was formerly Executive Vice President, Warehouse Management Systems for Manhattan Associates.   During his first three years with Bally Technologies, Mr. Srinivasan has guided the systems division to record revenues, across-the-board product improvements and increased customer satisfaction levels.  Mr. Srinivasan is currently responsible for system sales, product management, product development, client services and customer support.

Mark LernerMark Lerner Senior Vice President for Law and Government, Secretary, and General Counsel
Mr. Lerner joined the Company in December 1996 as Assistant General Counsel. A former deputy attorney general for the Nevada Gaming Commission and State of Nevada Gaming Control Board, Mr. Lerner has been practicing law since 1980. Before joining Bally he was general counsel to Becker Gaming, Inc., a Las Vegas gaming company. From 1987 to 1994, Mr. Lerner practiced law at Jones, Jones, Close & Brown (now Jones Vargas), a prominent Las Vegas commercial and litigation law firm.
 

Board of Directors:

Jacques André was appointed a director in August 1996. Since October 2002, Mr. Andre has been a Vice President of A.T. Kearney Executive Search. Mr. Andre was a partner with Ray & Berndtson, Inc. an international executive search firm, from 1975 until 2002.

David Robbins served as a director from July 1994 to September 1997 and as chairman of the board of directors of the Company from February 1997 to September 1997. In December 1997 he was again elected to the Company’s board of directors and since that time has served as chairman. Mr. Robbins received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from New York University School of Law. Mr. Robbins is also licensed as a certified public accountant (inactive status) in the state of New York. From 1984 through 1995, he practiced corporate and real estate law at various law firms, and since 1996 he has managed investment partnerships for private investors with a focus in the healthcare industry. In addition to serving on the Company’s board of directors, Mr. Robbins serves on the boards of directors of certain of the private companies in his funds’ portfolios and various not-for-profit boards.  Mr. Robbins has served as an assistant adjunct professor of law at the Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School, where he taught courses in corporate finance and real estate.

Kevin Verner was appointed as a director in April 2001. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Verner held various positions with WMS Industries, Inc., and WMS Gaming, the last of which was chief operating officer. Prior to his employment at WMS, Mr. Verner was vice president of new business development at R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co., where he held various marketing and senior management positions for sixteen years. Mr. Verner is currently a consultant and provides interim management to early-stage companies to include financial planning, securing of seed funding, and development of operating budgets and pro forma financial projections. Mr. Verner is also a partner and CEO advisor for Chicago venture fund Alpha Capital and provides consultation on enterprise valuation and due diligence for consumer products investments.

Robert L. Guido was appointed in December 2006.  Guido, who has been affirmatively determined by the Company`s Board of Directors to be an independent director, will also serve on the Company`s Audit Committee.Guido recently retired from Ernst & Young where he was Vice Chair and CEO of E&Y`s Assurance and Advisory Practice. In this role, he was responsible for overall business strategy and had significant dealings with both the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) on behalf of the firm. During his 38-year career at Ernst & Young, Guido also co-chaired the firm`s Global Client Steering Committee and served as a senior advisory or engagement partner to numerous global companies.
